Prosciutto Sushi

Take your sushi game to a whole new level with this Prosciutto inspired sushi roll.

Ingredients:

  • 150g finely sliced prosciutto
  • 1 cup loosely packed rocket 
  • 6 slices of sundried tomato 
  • 150g fresh mozzarella pulled into pieces 
  • 4-5 basil leaves 
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
 

Method:

  1. Lay prosciutto on glad wrap slightly overlapping each other to create a rectangle shape
  2. In the middle of the prosciutto, lay the rocket, sundried tomato, mozzarella, basil and drizzle half the balsamic glaze on top
  3. Roll the prosciutto around the filling tightly using the glad wrap to secure
  4. When ready to eat, unwrap and cut into slices
  5. Drizzle with remaining balsamic glaze and enjoy!
